The Saba Italia Geo Small Sofa combines generous upholstery with a remarkably light supporting structure. At 153 cm wide, it provides the presence and enveloping character of a substantial upholstered sofa without requiring the width of a conventional full-size design.

Designed by Paolo Grasselli
Geo was designed by Italian designer Paolo Grasselli and entered production in 2018.
Rather than giving the entire upholstered shell one uniform thickness, Grasselli adjusted the proportions according to how different parts of the sofa interact with the body.
The arms are deliberately fuller and softer, creating the embracing character that defines Geo, while the back and seat are more controlled. This gives the sofa visual softness without allowing the overall form to become shapeless.
