Description
Arigato takes its name and its warmth from the traditional Japanese paper lantern, reimagined by Grupa in press-spun aluminum and hand-welded steel. Every lampshade is shaped, welded and powder-coated by hand at Grupa’s workshop, then mounted on an arm that rotates a full 360° and folds against the wall on a 180° hinge — so you can angle the light exactly where you want it, whether that’s a warm wash across a wall or focused light over a reading chair.
Because Arigato Wall is built around one flexible arm-and-shade system, Grupa offers it in seven configurations, so you can pick the exact reach and character your space calls for:
Arigato Wall Extra Short (AR-W-XS) — a compact, close-to-the-wall accent with a 120mm arm; available with or without an on/off switch, and in five colors (Black, White, Red, Blue, Green) — the most playful and space-efficient option in Grupa’s range.
Arigato Wall Short (AR-W-S) — a 320mm single arm for a subtle, close profile beside a bed or sofa.
Arigato Wall (AR-W) — the original Grupa design, with a double-jointed 350+350mm arm for classic reach and adjustability.
Arigato Wall Long (AR-W-L) — a double-jointed 550+550mm arm that extends further from the wall, ideal for larger rooms or reaching over furniture.
Arigato Wall 45 (AR-W-45) — the largest single-shade version, with a 450mm lampshade and a long 700+670mm arm, designed to make a real visual statement as a single sculptural fixture.
Arigato Wall Double (AR-W2) — two independent 350+350mm arms and two shades on one base, for symmetrical or layered lighting from a single mounting point.
Arigato Wall Double Long Short (AR-W2-LS) — one long arm (550+550mm) and one short arm (350+350mm) from a single base, for an asymmetric, sculptural composition.
Arigato Wall P2 (AR-WP2) — two matching long arms (2× 550mm) for a bold, symmetrical double-light fixture.
All versions (aside from Extra Short) come in Black or White powder coat, with a Grupa undershade diffuser included, a removable cord, and an on/off switch on the base. None include a bulb — each takes a standard E27 bulb up to 70W (or two, on double-arm versions), so you can choose your own light temperature and finish. Grupa recommends mounting on a solid wall surface (concrete, brick, wood, or reinforced plasterboard), especially for the longer-reach models.
