Description
A Softer Approach to the Large Dining Table
The Nova Nook VIVRE Dining Table combines generous 180 cm proportions with a softly irregular silhouette, creating a substantial dining table that avoids the harder appearance of a conventional rectangle.
Rounded edges and flowing lines give VIVRE a calmer, more organic presence, helping such a generously sized table feel inviting rather than overly formal.
An Irregular Rounded Tabletop
The defining feature of VIVRE is its irregular rounded tabletop. Rather than following a perfectly straight rectangular outline, the surface uses softened curves to create greater movement and visual interest.
The shape works particularly well in contemporary dining rooms where organic furniture forms are used to soften straight architectural lines and structured cabinetry.
Generous 180 cm Proportions
At 180 cm long and 100 cm deep, VIVRE provides a generous surface for everyday dining, larger table settings and entertaining.
The 100 cm depth creates useful space through the centre of the table for serving dishes, decorative objects and shared plates while still leaving comfortable room around the perimeter.
Soft Grey-Beige Finish
VIVRE is finished in a subtle grey-beige tone that gives the table a calm, understated appearance and makes its sculptural shape the strongest visual feature.
The neutral colour works naturally with cream, taupe and grey upholstery, while darker dining chairs or timber accents can be introduced for greater contrast.
30 mm MDF Tabletop
The tabletop is constructed from MDF and has a substantial 30 mm thickness, reinforcing the generous scale of the design.
Its consistent surface allows the grey-beige finish and rounded outline to remain clean and uninterrupted, giving VIVRE its smooth contemporary character.
Two Substantial Supporting Legs
VIVRE is supported by two solid legs rather than a conventional four-leg structure, giving the base a much stronger role within the overall design.
Their substantial proportions provide visual balance beneath the broad tabletop and give the table the grounded, sculptural quality that distinguishes it from simpler dining designs.
A Substantial 96 kg Presence
With a listed weight of 96 kg, VIVRE is a substantial piece designed to feel permanent within the dining space.
The combination of weight, broad proportions and solid supporting legs gives the table a sense of stability and presence, while the rounded tabletop prevents the overall form from feeling overly heavy.
Made for Everyday Dining and Entertaining
The generous tabletop gives VIVRE the flexibility to move easily between everyday meals and larger dining occasions.
There is enough room to create a considered table setting while retaining useful central space for serving dishes, flowers and decorative pieces when entertaining.
Easy to Style with Different Dining Chairs
The restrained grey-beige finish gives VIVRE plenty of flexibility when choosing the surrounding seating.
Pair it with softly upholstered dining chairs for a tonal, relaxed scheme, or introduce darker timber, black details or richer colours to create stronger contrast around the pale table.
A Sculptural Centrepiece for the Dining Room
VIVRE is designed to do more than provide a dining surface. Its irregular outline, substantial base and generous proportions give it enough character to establish the visual direction of the wider dining area.
It works particularly well in contemporary and neutral interiors where shape, proportion and subtle colour are allowed to provide the detail rather than decorative ornament.
