Its softly raised sides provide greater depth than a conventional flat plate while retaining an open shape that allows food to be presented beautifully at the table.

The PILAR collection was designed by Nina Thöming for Blomus, combining clear contemporary forms with practical details suited to everyday dining.
Rather than relying on decorative pattern, the collection creates character through subtle differences in colour, proportion and surface texture, resulting in tableware that feels modern without becoming overly formal.
Matt Outside, Glossy Within
One of the defining details of the PILAR Deep Plate is the contrast between its matt outer surface and glossy inner glaze.
The matt exterior gives the ceramic a softer, more tactile quality, while the glazed interior introduces a subtle sheen that helps frame and highlight the food being served.

With a capacity of approximately 680 ml, the PILAR Deep Plate offers enough room for generous portions while maintaining the elegant proportions of a plate rather than a conventional deep bowl.
