The CASØ 701 dining table is for those, who wish to have family and friends assembled at one long table. The dining table is easily extendable and can hold a total of six extension plates. Three plates are included and may be stored within the table. The remaining plates can be bought additionally.
The extendable table is designed by Steffensen & Würtz. They have explored and experimented with the materials, resulting in the fine and unique lines and combinations of the 700 series. The main focus has been to create soft, yet defined, transitions between the elements to create a calm and elegant environment.
The CASØ dining table is made of veneered oak with solid legs. The special construction of the legs allows for a part of each leg to be pulled out with the extension. This ensures great stability even at a full length of 5 m.
The CASØ 701 long dining table is kept in stock in two varieties:
The extension plates measure 50×100 cm and are available to match each version of the top plate. Extensions with oak tops have opposite grain directions from the main top. Three extension plates are included with the table. These may be stored within the table and allow a length of 350 cm. The maximum length of the table with six extension plates is 5 m.
