Conversion from office to residential, 2 luxury apartments.
We were engaged to convert Victoria Beckham's old design studio into 2 luxury apartments. We designed the two lateral apartments and project managed the build phase of the project. We worked with the developer to specify bathrooms by Rexa Design, design kitchens, wardrobes, joinery and panelling by Minacciolo, create lighting schemes by Deltalight and then subsequently dressed the apartments for sale. We had a great mix of materials from recycled paper, to raw sandstone, to embroidered paper and real wood for the kitchens and joinery.
