1 If the item is in stock then we aim to ship this within 48 hours of the order being placed.

2 If the item is made to order then this will depend on the supplier. More information on the lead time can be found on each product page.

3 If the item is a little larger then the logistics company will contact you a day or two beforehand to arrange the delivery.

1. If we have not offered to collect the Goods, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

 a. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any Goods supplied, or

 b. (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the Goods.

 2. If we have offered to collect the Goods or if no Goods were supplied, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Contract.

 3. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We know how important it is to deliver items as quickly as possible and more importantly, without damage. We also understand that many people dislike delivery charges. Unfortunately, as an independent retailer, we can’t offer free delivery on everything, but we have tried to offer some options which will hopefully satisfy all or most of our clients.

Option 1: Standard UK Mainland delivery

This option is for delivery to your curb side, which will either be by post/courier or for bulkier items, by our delivery partner. Some items may be delivered on a pallet.

The good news is that we offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses on orders above £2,000*

Standard delivery on items below £2,000:

Order total between £500 and £1,000                                   £75.00

Order total between £1,000 and £1,500                               £125.00

Order total between £1,500 and £2,000                               £175.00

*Sadly, there are always exceptions. These are:

Armadillo & Co  - the delivery charge is per the below. This covers all import and custom charges, as the goods are sent from the USA.

 a. £7.50 + 20% £0 to £500

b. £7.50 + 15% £500.01 to £1000

c. £7.50 + 10% £1000.01 and over

Option 2: White Glove Service

This option is for delivery to all UK Mainland addresses and is for delivery into your room of choice, as well as assembly/installation and disposal of packaging. Please contact us for a quote for such a service.
