3 flat scheme in Clapham North, London
We worked with a private client on this design and build project. They bought a large run-down family home at auction with the intention of splitting the property into 3 flats for themselves and 2 sets of friends. We did the design, planning and construction plans followed by project managing the build phase.
We then worked with the 3 new flat owners on the full interior design and product procurement phase. Each flat was designed to reflect the personality of its owners so the 3 flats were very different to each other. We designed the kitchens by Minacciolo, bathrooms by Rexa, tiles by Potter Perrin, lights by Deltalight and wood flooring by Cora. We then produced a design concept for the soft furnishings using Saba Italia, Novamobili, Armadillo & Co, Brokis, La Fabbrica del Lino and Ricardo Cabral.
