3 flat scheme, London
We were engaged by a developer to convert a large family home into 3 flats. We undertook the architectural design, planning, construction plans and project management of the construction phase of the project. We also designed and specified kitchens by Minacciolo, bathrooms and tiles by Potter Perrin and wood flooring by Cora. We had budget constraints on this project, but we were still able to deliver high spec kitchens by using HDF, a raw material, and real wood veneers as the finishes for the kitchens to keep costs down.
